The Contact Center of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia provides the opportunity to obtain general information about tax regulations via phone, email and website, specific information on tax account balance, and information on the conditions and manner of use of EPorezi portal.

You can ask questions using the website by filling out an electronic form, and you can receive an answer by email or by phone, depending on the contact information you provided in the form.

Property tax on real estate for individuals, legal entities and entrepreneurs is not within the jurisdiction of Contact Center; local (municipal) tax administrations oversee that. For all information on property tax on real estate, interested parties can contact the local tax administrations in the territory where the real estate is located.

By calling the Contact Center at 0700-700-007 and 011/6969-069, you can obtain all the necessary information regarding the application of tax regulations.

The Contact Center's working hours are on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00.
