Use the services of the Tax Administration's virtual tax collector

The new communication channel - Virtual Tax collector, also known as a chatbot , which has been available through the official website of the Tax Administration since the end of last year, represents a significant step forward in providing support to the taxpayers.
This interactive tool is available 24 hours a day and currently provides information from the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and the Law on Personal Income Tax.
Since the introduction of the chatbot, the Tax Administration has recorded a significant number of users accessing this new communication channel. As of April this year, nearly 22 thousand taxpayers had used this service, and an analysis of feedback shows that as many as 96% of users were satisfied with the service provided, which confirms the success of this tool in providing services to taxpayers.
The Tax Administration plans to expand the functionality of the virtual tax collector during the current year and include the Fiscalization Law and the Property Tax Law.
The introduction of the virtual tax collector significantly contributes to the modernization and improvement of communication between taxpayers and the Tax Administration, which will continue to invest in new technologies to provide taxpayers with faster and easier access to the information and make its services more accessible.
