Improved functionalities of the Tax Administration website

In an effort to better respond to user needs and improve the quality of services it provides, the Tax Administration has improved the functionality of its website. The new improvements aim to provide easier access to information and make the website even more accessible to all users:

• Catalogue of Services – a list of services that enables taxpayers to quickly, easily and efficiently search for Tax Administration services and provides insight into the way they are provided, which will contribute to simplifying the interaction process. The Service Catalogue enables searching for services by keyword. The Service Catalogue is available on the homepage of the website in the ''Services and Services'' section.
• Guide for accounting services providers – a set of information intended for accounting service providers that is important for exercising the rights and fulfilling the tax obligations of their clients. The guide is available on the home page of the Tax Administration website in the ''Services'' section.
• Real estate lease tax calculator – allows taxpayers of income tax on income generated by leasing or subleasing real estate to calculate tax in a simple and accurate manner. The functionality is available on the homepage of the website in the ''Services'' section.
• Advanced search – advanced search of available content on the website allows you to search for all information and documents by keyword, selected section, and publication date.
• Sitemap – a clear overview of all pages and sections on the website allows all website users easier navigation and faster access to key content. The map is available in the upper right corner of the website homepage.
• Text visibility adjustment – ​​by changing the font size and changing the background color of the website (basic, black and white and inverse), the readability of the available content is facilitated. The functionality is available in the upper right corner of the website homepage.
• Most Visited – a list of the most frequently searched content on the website. This section provides users with quick access to the most popular pages, allowing them to easily and quickly find what interests other users the most and is available in all sections of the website.

By introducing new tools and options, the website has become more intuitive and easier to use, improving the user experience and facilitating quick access to important information and services. In the coming period, the Tax Administration will continue to develop and improve its digital services, with the aim of providing taxpayers with even simpler, faster and more efficient use of electronic services, in line with modern technological trends and user needs.
