Delivery of the decision on established contributions for priests and religious officials for 2025 - by mail

We inform priests and religious officials that the Tax Administration has issued decisions determining the advance payment obligation based on contributions for mandatory pension, disability and health insurance for 2025. The contribution obligation was determined based on the data - lists of churches and religious communities, which were submitted to the Tax Administration by the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
The decisions are to be submitted to the post office for delivery on February 21, 2025, and the date of submission of the decision to the post office is unique for all taxpayers on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The decision is delivered in accordance with the provisions of Article 36, paragraph 4 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 80/02….94/24), which stipulates that the tax act is considered delivered after 15 days from the date of submission of the tax act to the post office.
