Market vendors exempt from mandatory fiscalization until the end of 2025

We would like to inform taxpayers subject to fiscalization who sell goods and services at market stalls and similar facilities that, in accordance with the amendments to the Regulation on determining activities in the performance of which there is no obligation to record retail sales via electronic fiscal devices from 13.12.2024, the obligation to record retail sales and received advances for retail sales via electronic fiscal devices has been postponed until 31.12.2025.
