Submitting Requests for Error Correction at the ePorezi Portal

The Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia continues to improve its services, with the aim of providing the most efficient support to taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations and exercising their legally prescribed rights.

In this context, it is now possible to submit Requests for Correction of Errors, on Form ZIG, electronically, via the Tax Administration portal ePorezi. The portal provides quick and easy access to all Tax Administration services, thereby reducing the time and costs of processing requests.

To submit requests electronically, taxpayers can access the ePorezi portal in three ways:

1) using Qualified Electronic Certificates

2) using eID account i.e. mobile application ConsentID and certificate in cloud if the user owns eID user account at the portal for electronic identification and

3) using a Qualified Electronic Certificate and the SmartBox application.

User instructions for submitting Requests for Correction of Errors electronically at the eTax portal are available at the Tax Administration website.
